The Society sponsors a family reunion every two years at a host location chosen for its significance to the Hubbell Family, historical interest, activities, attractions, accessibility, accommodations, and meeting facilities. The business of the Society is conducted at general membership, committee, and board meetings; attendees tour historical sites and other places of interest in the area; the finale is the reunion banquet at the end of the reunion. A hospitality room provides a convenient gathering place for family to meet and greet, to share genealogical information, and view family artifacts on display from Hubbell Center and individual members.
